It's crap like this that evokes the ire of the land manager and get's this place shutdown.
I know where your coming from, I think a lot of people would step in before the place got littered with jumps
I learned that this is actually on private property, however, the risk is someone tries the gapper, gets hurt and decides to sue. That land owner is screwed!
