Tuesday herriman
Nothing fancy about this ride, it's pretty bland but gets the job done while I get free time with the boy in school. On my last loop I saw something in the trail, before I could do or think anything I already ran it over, it was a snake! I stopped my bike to see if any damage was done to the critter, I approached slow in case of a rattler, he had the markings that said Rattler but upon closer inspection it was a harmless gopher snake, a common snake that gets mistaken for a rattler. He seemed just fine and I hope he goes about the day without an injury and I rode off to close out the loop on very tired legs from setting records the day before this ride.
